������I joined the faculty of fine art in Damascus' University where I studied in the advertisement department. In 1986, I graduated and my final project was about Games Mediterranean in Syria (1987).
������Iwas employed as a staff member in the same faculty where:
1. Contributed in the education of both graphic design and arabic calligraphy courses.
2. I invented a new simple method for writing the Kufi type of arabic calligraphy, drawn by an exact geometrical net.
������During that time, I performed many works including:
1. Designing a lot of publicities in the Syrian market, especially those of "Nahhas Enterprises Group".>
2. Designing the posters of 7th Arabic Games.
3. Designing the posters of the "Scientific Week" which is hold yearly in the Syrian Universities.
4. Printing many of Arabic Calligraphy designs.
������In addition, I have recorded five televisional interviews for the " Arabic letter's travel" program.
������In 1993, I wended to Egypt where I joined the Faculty of Applied Art (Cairo) to continue my study and search about typography. In 1997, I obtained the master degree and my thesis was " Artistic Values of Arabic Words in the Modern Advertisements".
������In 1997, I joined the Faculty of Fine Art (Cairo) in order to obtain the Ph.D. degree. My thesis is about designing a modern arabic typeface using the typeface characteristics of Naskh Calligraphy.
